I ordered this boot for my daughter who wore them 30 minutes before the heel broke off and when I returned them Amazon didn’t want to refund my full purchase price – this will be my last order thru them. I’ve ordered for years and this is the cusomer service I get? There are too many sources now, if they can fix it I will let you know!
